LTE: RRC Connection Reestablishment Complete

Direction: UE => E-UTRAN
Signalling Radio Bearer: SRB1
RLC Mode: AM
Logical Channel: DCCH
Transport Channel: UL-SCH

The RRC CONNECTION REESTABLISHMENT COMPLETE message is used to confirm the successful completion of an RRC connection reestablishment

After receiving RRC CONNECTION REESTABLISHMENT message, the SRB1 operation is resumed. The RRC CONNECTION REESTABLISHMENT COMPLETE message and all the subsequent messages are (sent) ciphered and integrity protected using previously configured (respective) algorithms and newly derived keys KRRCenc and KRRCint respectively.

      Usually RRC Connection Reconfiguration procedure takes place after re-establishment procedure is done
